    The same pigment behaves differently in a beverage than in a bake. A grade intended for a baked product is not automatically the right starting point for a cold drink, and dosage differs by application.

    One product per application, not one blend for everything.

    A preservative that works in frying oil is the wrong answer for bread. So we formulate per application each product has its own actives, its own dosage range, and its own point of addition in your process.

    Two of the most-used savoury notes in food manufacturing, supplied as essential oils and green oleoresins — consistent in strength, straightforward to dose, and far easier to handle than the raw bulb.
